The 2009 AGM was held at the Enderby Legion on November 26.  The AGM commenced at 7pm.

The following resolutions were voted on by the Chamber members at the AGM:

• To petition the City of Enderby to retain a bylaw enforcement officer
• To endorse the adoption of a sustainable tourism policy by the Chamber
• To petition the City of Enderby to adopt a business revitalization tax incentive

All resolutions were passed by the membership, although the Bylaw Enforcement Officer resolution was passed with an amendment.
